The Ideal Protein Blackened Catfish with mixed vegetables contains 1.75 cups select vegetables, .25 cup occasional vegetables with 1 tsp olive oil. The Ideal Protein meal of the week is a fan favorite. Made with wild caught catfish seasoned with Cajun seasonings, you won’t find any “fishy” taste here! Catfish is low in calories and packed with lean protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. It’s particularly rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fats and vitamin B12.
