Our Ideal Protein Blackened Shrimp is a delicious Ideal Protein diet recipe
Our chef’s have formulated our Ideal Protein Blackened Shrimp, along with other IP diet recipes to follow the guidelines of the Ideal Protein diet. So, all meals start with 2 full cups of raw vegetables. This meal has 2 cups select vegetables, 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp Walden Farms products. It will leave you coming back for more, so you may want to order an extra of this meal! It’s made with shrimp sautéed in olive oil with Cajun seasonings served with a side of IP approved coleslaw and roasted turnip fries.
