If you’re trying to lose weight, you can still eat as much as 125 carbs a day. With this in mind a serving of rice at 23 carbs can definitely fit into a weight loss diet.  So, have no fear, carbs and rice are okay!

Rice is a complex carbohydrate. So, it’s a great addition especially if you’re exercising. Even if you’re not exercising, rice can be added into a diet without weight gain if following portion control guidelines. Stick to one half or one third cup serving and enjoy adding rice back into your diet.

    First meal from ya’ll that I have tried! It is FULL of medium/large shrimp. Every bite had a flavorfull shrimp dripping in the cajun spiced gravy. I had it over cauliflower rice which added some veggies to my meal to make it complete! I can not recommend this dish enough!! Thank you!
