The gluten free Taco Bowl is like our Lean and Green Taco Bowl but adds cheddar cheese and sour cream. Our chef’s don’t use dairy or fats in our Lean and Green meals due to the restrictions of the Optavia diet. However, our Optimized Lifestyle meals allow for healthy fats like avocado and cheese. Although it adds calories, you can enjoy these ingredients in a healthy diet by following proper portion control. Our chef’s and food packaging team make sure to follow strict portioning guidelines to keep our Optimized Lifestyle meals under 550 calories.
