The Ideal Protein Lasagna is a Phase 1 Meal

Our chef’s prepare the Ideal Protein Lasagna using lean ground beef. It’s is a low carb meal with 10 net carbs and 6 grams of fat for the 4 oz. protein size. It is sure to satisfy, while facilitating weight loss. Once you’ve graduated to the maintenance phase, stay tuned for the Ideal Protein Lasagna topped with mozzarella offered as a Phase 3 version. Following the guidelines of an Ideal Protein Lasagna recipe, this meal contains 1.25 cups select vegetables and .75 cup occasional vegetables and no oil used.

Heating Instructions

Remove cardboard sleeve. From a thawed state In the supplied container heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes in a 1000-watt microwave. Add additional time as needed. Let sit 1 minute, remove film, and eat!
