Lean and Green Cajun Dirty Rice

Our Lean and Green Dirty Rice always includes 1.5 cups of cooked vegetables. This is a delicious weight loss meal. It’s made with lean ground beef seasoned with Cajun seasoning and a side of Baked Cinnamon Jicama. Following the guidelines of Lean and Green meals, it has a 5 oz. protein serving for ground beef. It has 10 grams of fat and 10 net carbs.  With only 316 calories, it is sure to satisfy you, while facilitating weight loss.

What Is Jicama?

Jicama is a vegetable composed of about 86 percent to 90 percent water, so it’s naturally low in calories. It’s also low in natural sugars and starch. Therefore, it has a low score on the glycemic index. It fits most diets, including the vegan, Paleo and the ketogenic diet plan.

Heating Instructions
