Optavia Blackened Shrimp

This Optavia Blackened Shrimp meal is delicious weight loss meal. Our chef’s have formulated this meal, along with other Lean and Green diet recipes to follow the guidelines of the Optavia diet. This meal has 1.5 cups of cooked vegetables and 7 oz. of shrimp. It has 10 grams of fat. So, follows the guidelines of the Lean and Green diet for fat content. Heating Instructions

Remove cardboard sleeve. From a thawed state In the supplied container heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes in a 1000-watt microwave. Add additional time as needed. Let sit 1 minute, remove film, and eat!
