Our chef’s have formulated this meal, along with other Ideal Protein Shrimp Etouffee recipes to follow the guidelines of the Ideal Protein diet. It contains 1.8 cups select vegetables, .2 occasional vegetables, 2 tsp olive oil. It will leave you coming back for more, so you may want to order an extra of this meal! It’s made with shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes, low sodium chicken broth and seasonings. Did you know that shrimp is one of the leanest proteins.
