Placing an Order

Customers can order through our website or call our customer service team at (985) 214-9350. Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email detailing their order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement during business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery

OptimizeU Meals extends its UPS Second Day Air Shipping option to Zone 2 and Zone 3 states.

For Zone 2 states, UPS Second Day Air Shipping costs $70.00 if your order total is less than $130.00. For orders exceeding $130.00, the shipping cost is reduced to $38.00. Zone 2 includes the following states:

With UPS Second Day Air Shipping, your meals will typically arrive within two business days, depending on your location.

Our meals are carefully packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to remain fresh throughout transit. We currently offer shipping to all 50 states. Any shipping fees for orders not qualifying for Free Shipping will be calculated based on your location at checkout.

Pickup

OptimizeU Meals offers a convenient pickup option for our local customers. Orders can be collected from our OptimizeU Meals Headquarters at 3975 Gause Blvd East, Slidell, LA 70461.

Orders placed at our HQ will be ready for pickup between 8 AM and 5 PM the next business day. Please note that our pickup service is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Those initiated from Friday through Monday will be charged on the subsequent Tuesday for subscription orders. All subscription orders are ready for pickup each week on Mondays.

Cancellation and Changes

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as your order may have already been processed.

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve it.
