Our Sweet Potato Sliders is a Paleo ground beef meal made with Mexican seasoned ground beef sliders stacked on top of roasted sweet potato medallions topped with guacamole with a drizzle of chipotle sauce. At only 14 grams of fat, this is a great meal to add extra carbs like sweet potatoes!
