Lean and Green Ground Beef Unstuffed Cabbage Roll

The Lean and Green Ground Beef Unstuffed Cabbage Roll has 1.5 cups of cooked vegetables and 5 oz. of cooked ground beef. So, it follows all guidelines of the Optavia diet for Lean and Green meals. This is a delicious weight loss meal. It’s made with “lean” ground beef seasoned with Italian seasonings sautéed in a tomato sauce and cabbage.

Heating Instructions

Remove cardboard sleeve. From a thawed state In the supplied container heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes in a 1000-watt microwave. Add additional time as needed. Let sit 1 minute, remove film, and eat!
