This is a Lean and Green Chicken Shawarma meal formulated to follow the Optavia Diet:

We’ve made sure this Lean and Green Chicken Shawarma meets all the guidelines of the Optavia Diet. Although hummus isn’t allowed on a Lean and Green meal plan, we’ve created an awesome substitute.  Our chef’s start with cauliflower and chicken broth.  To give the hummus a taste and texture similar to real hummus we’ve added eggplant. You won’t believe how great our vegetable hummus is.  However, at just 1/8 the carbs of traditional hummus you’ll be able to include it as often as you like.

Not sure what the Optavia diet is and how our Chicken Shawarma can help you lose weight? 

The Optavia Diet facilitates weight loss and management. It follows the guidelines issued by the American College of Cardiology, the Obesity Society and the  American Heart Association for weight loss and management. On the Optavia diet, dieters lose weight through pairing fuelings (prepackaged products purchased from Optavia) and self prepared meals. The self prepared meals must follow the strict guidelines of the Lean and Green plan. This can be overwhelming for many. Chicken and turkey breast meals require 6 oz. of cooked meat. Meals with Salmon, Beef, Pork, Dark Meat Turkey or Chicken Thighs, and Ground Turkey require 5 oz. of cooked meat.  Last, meals with Tilapia, Tuna, and Shrimp require 7 oz. of cooked meat.

Heating Instructions

Remove cardboard sleeve. From a thawed state, peel back the corner of film and drain excess liquid. In the supplied container heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes in a 1000-watt microwave, Add additional time as needed. Let sit 1 minute, remove film, and eat!
