Lean and Green Stuffed Peppers

Our Lean and Green Stuffed Bell Peppers meal contains less than 20 carbs. We’ve made sure this meal meets all the guidelines of the Optavia Diet. Although tomatoes are a bit higher in carbs, they are permitted with when controlling portion size. Our chef’s make sure to always include 1.5 cups of cooked vegetables.

Heating Instructions

Remove cardboard sleeve. From a thawed state In the supplied container heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes in a 1000-watt microwave. Add additional time as needed. Let sit 1 minute, remove film, and eat!
