Lean and Green Tilapia

The Lean and Green Tilapia topped with a Garlic Lemon Sauce. Tilapia is ultra lean, low calorie and full of nutrients. Because tilapia is such a lean protein, 2 healthy fats are added for optimal balance of healthy fats and proteins. Following the guidelines of Lean and Green meals, it has a 7 oz. protein serving for tilapia. Our Garlic Lemon Tilapia meal contains 13 grams of fat, 12 carbs, and  8 net carbs.

A few benefits of Tilapia

Heating Instructions

Remove cardboard sleeve. From a thawed state In the supplied container heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes in a 1000-watt microwave. Add additional time as needed. Let sit 1 minute, remove film, and eat!
